Celtic has contracted with Texas True Choice (TTC), which is a regional independent network established in 1996 in Texas. They created a network of physicians, hospitals, and other health care providers that have agreed to accept reduced service fees in order to provide affordable health care services. TTC works with Celtic Healthy Texas so that you can save money while using your insurance coverage. TTC is proud to be one of the largest statewide networks offering more than 46,000 participating providers, and over 380 acute care facilities.
